The Marais du Val de Vergne is a wetland complex on the French-Belgian border with old wet meadows, rivers, ponds and reed beds. More than 60 species of nesting birds breed in the area. The area is rich in ducks, herons and other water birds. Birds you can observe include Egipatska guska, Patka Žličarka, Patka Kreketaljka, Divlja Patka, Glavata Patka, Krunata Patka, Mali Gnjurac, Ćubasti Gnjurac, Mlakuša, Liska, Veliki Vranac and Vodomar.
