Description

The Retencija Blato ticklist is 216 species (see link below). There is an island/peninsula which is a popular bird roost Species seen include Rujnica, Žutarica, Ševa Krunica, Poljski Vrabac, Patka crninka, Modronoga Sabljarka, Vijoglav, Pčelarica, Čaplja Danguba, Patka Njorka, Stepska Eja and Eja Močvarica. Note: As of 2022 the website says 'temporarily closed'. Unclear if this applies only to fishing, or all visitors.
