Description
Gradski Park Bihać is located along the fast flowing mountain river Una. In the winter there are hundreds of ducks, mainly Divlja Patka. Some other duck species can be seen like Patka Kreketaljka, Patka Lastarka and Kržulja. In the trees there are common birds like Velika Sjenica, Plavetna Sjenica and Veliki Djetlić. In spring other birds can be seen in nearby trees at the park migrating back to the mountains above. Also at the park in spring you can see Crnokapa Grmuša, Zeba and some other species. During the breeding season, outside the city you can see Vodenkos and Veliki ronac who nest nearby. Also other species like Bijela roda, Siva Čaplja and Škanjac.
