Description
The short grassy open areas and shallow pools form an attraction pole for grassland birds such as Vivak ; coastal bird species such as Oštrigar and water birds such as Divlja Patka. In addition, seagulls like to come to the puddles. Sea buckthorn and willow trees are also popular. Here breed among others Juričica, Crnoglavi Batić, Grmuša Pjenica, Brezov Zviždak, Trstenjak Mlakar. The thorny bushes are ideal resting places for many songbirds during the spring and autumn migration.
