A varied nature reserve, where marshes alternate with grazed areas and willow thickets.
The Hobokense Polder is one of the most beautiful green spots in Antwerp. In a Scheldt riverbend near the city you will find a varied landscape - from polder over marsh to forest. Due to the large variation in vegetation, there is also a large variation in the avifauna present. Some nice birds you can see are Kokošica, Kukavica, Mali Gnjurac, Patka Žličarka and Škanjac osaš.
