The Königsdorfer Schotterteiche consist of a big pond and some smaller ponds. The large pond is widely used for water recreation and swimming, so in summer the big pond is less interesting. Among the birds you can observe in the area are Crvenokljuni Labud, Patka Njorka, Pčelarica, Crvenokljuna Čigra, Grmuša Pjenica, Bukavac, Čapljica Voljak, Velika Bijela Čaplja, Siva Čaplja, Egipatska guska and Crnoglavi Batić.

The Königsdorfer Schotterteiche are located directly north of the village of Königsdorf. You can park near the ponds and explore the area on foot.
