Description

Archerfield Wetlands is a 150-hectare parkland that contains a variety of habitats including eucalypt forest, open grassland, freshwater wetlands and creeks. These habitat areas support over 170 different bird species.

One of the highlights of the Archerfield Wetland Reserve is the Waterhole Lookout, a viewing area that overlooks one of the reserve’s central waterholes. This lookout offers an unobstructed view of the water. The waterhole serves as a feeding and nesting area for many birds, making it a hotspot for birdwatching.
