Agarak City Park is a peaceful green oasis in the small town of Agarak, near the Iranian border. The park features tall deciduous trees, scattered shrubs, and grassy areas that attract a variety of birds such as Vuga, Sivi Voljić, Sirijski djetlić, Češljugar , and Muharica. Its compact size, easy access, and pleasant shade make it an ideal and relaxing spot for birdwatching in southern Syunik.

Agarak City Park is located in the southernmost town of Armenia, right by the border with Iran. It’s easily accessible by car via the M2 highway from Meghri. Limited parking is available near the park entrance. Public transport options are minimal, so driving is recommended. The park is best explored on foot, and a leisurely visit typically takes 1 hour.
