in the Skiren and Kvicken area you can hike on marked trails, through old, dense and untouched forest. You can walk around the two small lakes Skiren and Kvicken. Common birds are Mésange huppée, Mésange noire, Roitelet huppé, Grimpereau des bois, Pic épeiche, Bec-croisé des sapins and more. From time to time Pic tridactyle and Chevêchette d'Europe have been discovered here.
