Lake Öresjö has apart from natural beauty, waters where many birds live, rest and feed. This observation platform is also perfect for watching spring and autumn migration. Star attraction are Plongeon arctique and Plongeon catmarin both of which can see here in their beautiful breeding plumage and listen to their enchanting sounds.

From the parking at the old bridge, Örebro, you cross the railroad (no signal or gates, so watch out) and follow the path through the alder swamp. The last way out to the platform is via a footbridge. Steep stairs up to the platform.
There is an alternative parking at the Skalle beach. A longer walk from there, but nice nature so it can be worth it.
