Missmyra is a small wetland in an otherwise forest-dominated part of the region. The large reedbeds hosts birds like Rousserolle effarvatte, Râle d'eau and Busard des roseaux. Missmyra is also appreciated by waterfowl like Garrot à oeil d'or, Grèbe esclavon, Canard souchet and Sarcelle d'hiver. This attracts birds of prey such as Pygargue à queue blanche and Épervier d'Europe.
