Description
The bay near the village Hedesunda is called Hedesunda Fjärderna, a unique landscape, with hundreds of small islands, marshes and ancient woods. The birdlife is very extensive; you’ll find a large variety of Woodpeckers, Owls and you can see Balbuzard pêcheur. Among the other birds you can see are Goéland cendré, Harle bièvre, Pygargue à queue blanche, Garrot à oeil d'or, Plongeon catmarin, Grue cendrée and Cygne chanteur. The are is also the habitat for wildlife such as, moose, deer, beaver, lynx and bear.
