A rainwater dam from the industrial area next door. The pond is bordered by stones and reed beds. In late summer the pond is covered with aquatic plants.

Description

Björködammen is a relatively easily accessible area. Although it is part of an industrial area it is not noisy and plenty of birds can be observed. For example Garrot à oeil d'or, Grèbe castagneux, Grèbe esclavon, Traquet motteux, Pie-grièche écorcheur, Gallinule poule-d'eau and Grand Gravelot.

Plenty of parking very close by. Short walk from parking, with bike all the way to the front. Click on the P in the map for directions. It is possible for the disabled to visit the area, but not accessible up to the shore.
