On the cultivation fields adjacent to the major road before the exit, Hibou des marais, Busard Saint-Martin and Faucon crécerelle can also sometimes be seen hunting. Among the other birds you can encounter in the area are Cygne chanteur, Garrot à oeil d'or, Oie cendrée, Bernache du Canada, Grue cendrée, Courlis cendré, Sarcelle d'hiver, Faucon hobereau and Busard des roseaux.
