Beautiful walk from Torrejón el Rubio to the old bridge on the river Arroyo de la Vid. During this hike you can easily see birds such as Pie ibérique, Pie-grièche à tête rousse, Cochevis de Thékla, Cochevis huppé, Tarier pâtre, Perdrix rouge and Hirondelle de fenêtre. Birds you can hear include Rossignol philomèle, Bruant proyer, Chardonneret élégant and Cisticole des joncs. High above in the sky you can see Vautour fauve, Milan royal and other birds of prey. Under die old birdge you can find a breeding colony of Hirondelle de rochers. In the river you can see Héron cendré hunting. On the church in the village breeds Cigogne blanche. With a little luck you can encounter a group of Guêpier d'Europe.

Español: Precioso paseo desde Torrejón el Rubio hasta el viejo puente sobre el Arroyo de la Vid. The starting point is the Monfragüe Visitor Center with the Monfragüe Bird Center in the village of Torrejón el Rubio. The trail (3 km one way, 6 km there and back) is partially marked and takes about two hours there and back. It has a steep descent to the river. Parking is available at the Monfragüe Visitor Center or on the road to the Monfragüe national park. Press P on the map for directions.
