Description
The Miñor river estuary is located south of the Ría de Vigo next to the beach of A Ladeira, which is the one that closes the space and gives it the shape of a sickle. The estuary, which has sandy parts and marshes, is populated mainly by reeds and salt plants. It is barely bordered by riverside forest, with the exception of the area near the beach, where pines abound. At low tide and at twilight hours: Grand Cormoran, waders and ducks fly over the marsh, and some tongues of water reach from the river to the sea. This is a rich birding area.

Espagnol: El estuario del río Miñor se encuentra en la ría de Vigo y consiste en la desembocadura de un pequeño río cerrada por una barra de arena. El estuario del río Miñor se encuentra al sur de la Ría de Vigo junto a la playa de A Ladeira, que es la que cierra el espacio y le da la forma de hoz. El estuario, que tiene partes arenosas y marismas, está poblado principalmente por juncos y plantas salinas. Apenas está bordeado por bosque de ribera, a excepción de la zona próxima a la playa, en la que abundan los pinos. Con la bajamar y a horas crepusculares: los cormoranes, los limícolas y las anátidas sobrevuelan la marisma, y algunas lenguas de agua llegan del río hasta el mar.
