Cañaverosa is a gallery forest of poplars, willows and elms, where a great variety of birds find shelter and food. A good place for birdwatching. Among the birds you can see here are Loriot d'Europe, Bouscarle de Cetti, Rossignol philomèle, Fauvette passerinette, Traquet rieur, Gobemouche gris, Hypolaïs polyglotte, Bruant zizi and Hirondelle rousseline.

Espagnol: Desde la autovía RM-714 Jumilla-Caravaca de La Cruz por la carretera MU-510, pasando la Urbanización Cañada Manrique torcemos por la izquierda hacia el Camping Los Viveros, aparcamos junto al Camping, continuando a pie por la carretera asfaltada que enseguida se convertirá en un camino de tierra hasta encontrar las indicaciones de la "senda de la huertecica" donde podremos adentrarnos siguiendo el sendero en un tramo de bosque de ribera bien conservado que se puede recorrer caminando.
