The wetlands around Pardilhó are a lagoon landscape called haff delta. You can watch water birds, visit by boat small islands and their fauna and flora. Some observation points can be hard to access whithout a boat.
Among the birds you can see in this area Flamant rose, Spatule blanche, Héron pourpré, Échasse blanche, Gravelot à collier interrompu, Grand Gravelot, Tadorne de Belon, Canard souchet, Canard siffleur, Grand Cormoran, Grèbe castagneux, Sterne caugek and Tadorne casarca.

Pardilhó is a village with car and caravan parking. Easy to visit by bicycle. Travel distance by car from Oporto airport 40m. From Pardilhó to the Atlantic Ocean: 10m by car, 30m by bicycle. 20m to Aveiro city (district capital).
