This area, consisting of numerous ponds nestled among the extensive forest areas of the Rutka Forest District, provides excellent habitats for waterfowl (including: Oie cendrée, Canard souchet, Cygne tuberculé, Canard colvert, Garrot à oeil d'or). Furthermore, it is also home to numerous predators (including: Pygargue à queue blanche, Buse variable) and a large number of typical forest birds. The ponds are home to two large observation towers and two hides with lockable windows.

Polski: Obszar składający się z wielu stawów położonych wśród dużych obszarów leśnych Nadleśnictwa Rutka zapewnia doskonałe warunki bytowania dla ptaków wodnych (m.in.: Oie cendrée , Canard souchet , Cygne tuberculé, Canard colvert, Garrot à oeil d'or ). Oprócz tego nie brakuje tu również drapieżników (m.in.: Pygargue à queue blanche, Buse variable) oraz sporej ilości ptaków typowo leśnych. Na terenie stawów znajduja się 2 duże wieże obserwacyjne oraz 2 czatownie zamknięte z zamykanymi okienkami.

Parking is available on the road leading to the ponds. Press P on the map for directions. Between Pietkowo Drugie and the access road, you'll need to cover approximately 1 km on a paved dirt road. The site itself can only be explored on foot. The circular route shown on the map is about 5 km.

Polski: Miejsce parkingowe znajduje się przy dordze dochodzącej do stawów. Pomiędzy miejscowością Pietkowo Drugie, a drogą dojazdowa trzeba pokonać ok 1km drogą gruntową utwardzoną. Samo miejsce można zwiedzać wyłacznie pieszo.
