The Piwnicki Forest Reserve is a beautiful old forest with a stream flowing through it. Within the reserve (protected since 1924) there are 300-year-old oaks and almost 200-year-old pines. The trees and terrain are very diverse, providing excellent habitat for numerous birds and other animals.

Las Piwnicki is located 7 km north of the town of Toruń. For motorists, there is a forest parking lot available right next to the reserve - marked on the map with the letter P. It is also possible to reach the site via a bicycle path directly from Toruń.
