Jezioro Strzeszyńskie is a small lake surrounded by a pine forest and oak-hornbeam forest. By the lake there is a popular swimming area with a playground, restaurant, etc. This means that it gets quite crowded on weekends and in summer. The route around the lake is a popular recreational spot. Despite these 'attractions', the area around the lake is a good place for bird watching and is part of the green surroundings of the city of Poznań. It's easy to stray off the main path surrounding the lake and then the observations will become much more pleasant.
