Funka is a charming area on the banks of Lake Charzykowskie with a good view of the lake. Birds on Lake Charzykowskie can be observed at any time of the year. However, it is undoubtedly best to go here in late autumn, winter or early spring. Due to its impressive size, Lake Charzykowskie freezes as one of the last reservoirs in the area. Thanks to this, the lake can collect and accumulate local waterfowl. Observations in summer focus mainly on the surrounding bushes, on the water and in the sky. During the month of July 2023, 100 species of birds were counted in Funka. The most interesting observations include Courlis corlieu, Faucon hobereau, Balbuzard pêcheur and Cigogne noire.

Polski: Ptaki na Jeziorze Charzykowskim z okolic Funki można obserwować o każdej porze roku. Niewątpliwie jednak najlepiej wybrać się tu późną jesienią, zimą lub wczesną wiosną. Przez swój imponujący rozmiar Jezioro Charzykowskie zamarza jako jeden z ostatnich akwenów w okolicy dzięki czemu potrafi zbierać i gromadzić okoliczne ptactwo wodne.
Obserwacje latem skupiają się głównie na okolicznych krzewach, na wodzie i na niebie. Podczas samego miesiąca lipca 2023 r. w Funce udało się naliczyć 100 gatunkow ptaków. Do najciekawszych obserwacji należą stwierdzenia takie jak: Courlis corlieu, Faucon hobereau, Balbuzard pêcheur lub chociażby Cigogne noire.
