Wyldemerk is a nice area for birding because of its variety in the terrain. From closed to very open water. In addition to forest and shrub birds, there is also a chance of waterfowl. Ranging from the songbirds to the more visible species such as Hirondelle de rivage , Martin-pêcheur d'Europe and Harle bièvre to the more hidden species such as Fauvette à tête noire, Fauvette babillarde and Pouillot fitis. Sometimes a Faucon hobereau or more common a Faucon crécerelle and a small chance to see Loriot d'Europe.

Nederlands: Wyldemerk is een afwisselend gebied van beplanting, bomen, graslandjes, relief en watertjes van klein tot groot. Het is een leuk uitstapje door zijn afwisseling in het terrein. Van besloten tot heel open water. Naast bos- en struikvogels ook kans op watervogels. Varierend van de zangvogels tot de meer zichtbare soorten als Hirondelle de rivage, Martin-pêcheur d'Europe en Harle bièvre tot de meer verborgen soorten als Fauvette à tête noire, Fauvette babillarde en Pouillot fitis. Soms een Faucon hobereau of meer algemene Faucon crécerelle en kleine kans op Loriot d'Europe.

Access to the car park for about 10 cars is at the service road of the provincial road. From the P a varied circular walk of 2 km is possible through the entire site and through all types of landscape. At the entrance gate you first get information about this area with a map and that it is a very important area for dragonflies. Wyldemerk was the first dragonfly reserve in the Netherlands and has 36 species.

Nederlands: Aan de parallelweg van de provinciale weg is de toegang tot het parkeerterrein voor ongeveer 10 auto's. Vanaf de P is een gevarieerde rondwandeling van 2 km mogelijk door het gehele terrein en via alle landschapstypen. Bij het toegangshek krijg je eerst informatie over dit gebied met kaart en dat het een heel belangrijk gebied is voor libellen. Wyldemerk was het eerste libellen reservaat van Nederland en telt wel wel 36 soorten libellen.
