Molenvlietpark is small wetland with reeds. I have spotted Avocette élégante with chicks in the area. Cigogne blanche and Pic vert breed in the area. Don't be bothered by the sounds of amusement park Drievliet. Afterwards you walk to the exit along the tunnel mouth, turn left onto the cycle path, cross the large cycle path and you will find yourself in the landscaped botanical garden. Juvenile Râle d'eau spotted on 22/08/23.

Nederlands: Molenvlietpark is een jong compensatiegebied voor de bouw van de Victory Boogie Woogie-tunnel, onderdeel van de Rotterdamsebaan. Het is een waterpartij met riet. Ik heb er een kluut met kleintjes gezien. Ooievaar en groene specht broeden in het gebied. Stoor je niet aan de geluiden van pretpark Drievliet. Na afloop loop je naar de uitgang langs de tunnelmond, links het fietspad op, steek het grote fietspad over en je bevindt je in de aangelegde heemtuin. Juveniel waterral gespot op 22/08/23. Andere vogels die ik heb gezien zijn Vanneau huppé, Bernache nonnette en Bernache du Canada.

Take line 15 to the Laan van 's Gravenmade stop, walk towards the tunnel. Molenvlietpark is on your left. By car you choose Park Hoornwijck, The Hague. Parking is not easy. Take the bridge to the park.
