Description

Nikšićko polje (Nikšić karst field) is the largest karst field in Montenegro, with a surface of 66,5 km². Many birds can be seen in the area. Among the birds you can see here are Faucon kobez, Pie-grièche à poitrine rose, Bécassine des marais, Circaète Jean-le-Blanc, Huppe fasciée, Loriot d'Europe and Grue cendrée. And many more, see the birdlist below.

It is open area with a lot of asfalt roads and makadam roads. Best place are a dams on the artificial lakes in area.
