Oasi LIPU San Nicolò del Lido is a small nature reserve composed of a strip of pine forest, a special dune area with a rare treeless habitat behind the dunes, with rushes, as well as part of the beach. An area of great ecological and naturalistic importance. Rich in nesting and wintering waders, as well as birds from open environments. Gravelot à collier interrompu and Sterne naine breed in the area.
