Cave Mengato are former gravel pits in the floodplains of the Brenta river. Among the birds you can see are Cygne tuberculé, Héron cendré, Buse variable, Martin-pêcheur d'Europe, Grèbe huppé, Aigrette garzette, Blongios nain and Butor étoilé.

You park near a quarry where the road ends (see the P in the map) and from there you can walk on a path along some fields to the pond complex. There are paths between the different ponds to explore the area.
