Walk along the coast at Kolymbia with beautiful clear water. Birds can be seen both on the coast and on land. Birds that can be observed during the walk include Martin-pêcheur d'Europe (flying over the sea or sitting on a rock), Corneille mantelée (on the beach or in the gardens of the hotels), Bergeronnette grise, Goéland leucophée, Pouillot véloce, Pigeon biset and Gobemouche gris.

Kolymbia is a quiet seaside resort located on the northeast coast of the island of Rhodos. The coastal strip is located directly north of the rocky headland of Kolymbia (also described on Birdingplaces) and is easily accessible from the village. Click on the P in the map for directions to a parking. From the parking the area can be explored on foot. Water shoes can be useful for walking on the pebble beach.
