Description
The Fuelbecker Talsperre is home to various waterfowl and woodland species. There are not usually great numbers of birds present on the reservoir itself, but with a bit of patience it is usually possible to see Fuligule morillon, Canard colvert, Canard mandarin and Grand Cormoran.
The woodland surrounding the reservoir is richer in birdlife. Pic noir, Mésange boréale, Mésange noire, Mésange huppée, Bouvreuil pivoine, Grive draine and Roitelet huppé can be observed here. There is also a good chance of seeing a Grand Corbeau over the forest.

The Fuelbecker Talsperre is easily accessed along a circular path, with a car park nearby. Click on the P in the map for directions to the parking. The road up to the reservoir is quite steep and narrow, so watch out for oncoming traffic.
