Description

Ruusuniemi is a nice place for observing waterfowl as they swim around the area or fly by. Canard colvert , Garrot à oeil d'or , Fuligule morillon , Cygne tuberculé , Bernache du Canada , Cygne chanteur , Harle bièvre and Harle huppé are a common sight from this spot. Birders have also sighted Harle piette among other duck species and Grande Aigrette flying by. There's also a bird feeding spot in a walking distance during winter times.
