acces is very easy, there are three parking possibility all around the lake and the train station is not far away. During summer the Grèbe huppé is breeding openly, or the Héron cendré can be seen hunting. There is also a Martin-pêcheur d'Europe that shows itself every now and then. In the reed the Rousserolle turdoïde is singing happily. During winter all different kind of guests come by e.g. Fuligule milouin, Fuligule morillon, Canard chipeau. The water is not always visible during the walk around the lake, but then forestbirds like different species of tits can be seen.
