The Bregenzerachmündung a is river mouth (Natura 2000) with two platforms where to see many different waterbirds like Petit Gravelot, Chevalier aboyeur and Martin-pêcheur d'Europe. Rarer bird species are for example Torcol fourmilier, Grand Gravelot and others. It's also a wonderful area for making walks in the forest.
