Description

187 bird species have been recorded at Paxton Pits including uivelo, tornipöllö, punapäänarsku, silkkikerttunen, keltasirkku, pajusirkku, pikku-uikku and törmäpääsky. There is a hide, visitor centre, cafe and education centre.

Access

By car, Paxton Pits reserve is 5 minutes drive from A1 trunk road. Click on the P in the map for directions to the car park. Nearest train station, St Neots, 2 miles. Bus 66 from St Neots or Huntingdon, alight at Little Paxton
