Close to Farsta on the border between Stockholm and Huddinge this small lake is a link between the two bigger lakes Orlången and Magelungen.
Surrounded by ancient farmland and marshes this nutrient rich lake offers birds as punasotka, ruskosuohaukka, satakieli, kaulushaikara. In the surrounding forests one often can find palokärki. In spring heinäkurppa and jänkäkurppa can be heard.
The area is best accessed from Ågesta gård and can be reached by bus, car and bike were there is also plenty of parking places. The stables have a small café.
