Description

This Gran Canaria pine forest is one of two localities where the endemic Gran Canaria kanarianpeippo can still be found and even here they are scarce. Canary Island endemic subspecies from other species can also be found here like: mustarastas, peippo, punarinta, afrikansinitiainen and käpytikka. This area can be explored from numerous walking trails and be prepared for birds being high up in the pines.
