Description

Molino del Comendador is an old mill, one of the many along the Guadiana river. This birding area is a backwater of the Guadiana before joining the river Bullaque, forming islets, with arboreal and marsh vegetation. Among the birds you can encounter in the area are punapyy, pikku-uikku, turturikyyhky, harakkakäki, käki, Luhtakana, pikkuhaikara, ruskohaikara, silkkihaikara, yöhaikara, pikkuhaikara, munkkikorppikotka, pikkukotka, harjalintu, kuningaskalastaja, mehiläissyöjä, käenpiika, pikkutikka, Iberian Magpie, rastaskerttunen, ruokosirkkalintu, etelänsatakieli, kirjosieppo and pensassirkku.
