Description
The small scale fields around the river Massa and the river itself are a magnet for migrating birds but also hold many breeding birds. A good place to see (or hear) pensaslepinkäinen, sepelleppälintu, etelänsatakieli, mustapäätasku, heinäkerttu, turturikyyhky, mehiläissyöjä and viiriäinen in the fields. Along the river you can see kuningaskalastaja, keltavästäräkki, silkkihaikara, ruostesorsa, marmorisorsa, pikku-uikku, pikkutörmäpääsky and if you are lucky the bird for which this whole area of Souss Massa National Park is protected: the töyhtöiibis.

Access
Drive to the village of Agbalou and you will find the bridge on the northwest side of the village. Click on the P in the map to get directions. You can observe the birds from the bridge or walk the small paths between the agricultural fields.
