Nice area, especially in spring, when the area holds a lot of water. pensastasku is very often observed during spring.
In the beginning of Ehemalige Rieselfelder Werne you pass a tiny forest, where you can find peukaloinen, käpytikka and vihertikka and some other forest species. In the winter you can see jalohaikara, tundrahanhi and sometimes even a tundrametsähanhi. The biggest part of the area are fields that sometimes hold water. These fields are fenced, wich is good for pensastasku and mustapäätasku. In the fields you can see niittykirvinen and keltavästäräkki you can watch even in the summer.
You have to park at the cemetery. Click on the P in the map for directions. From the parking you can go into a small path, where you first see a tiny forest and then the fields
How good the area is for birding depends on how much water there is. If there is much water, it is good, if there is no water, you nearly see nothing. In 2016 silkkihaikara and in 2015 a Western Yellow Wagtail (flavissima) was recorded.
