The marshes of Marais de l'Ile d'Olonne are one of the richest wetlands in the Vendée in terms of migratory birds. You can observe the many varieties of migratory birds that make a stop in the marshes. Along this cycle track you have views over the mudflats on one side and open fields on the other. There are two bird hides along the path. Among the birds you can see are avosetti, pitkäjalka, suokukko, punajalkaviklo, valkoviklo, ruokokerttunen, silkkihaikara, ristisorsa, silkkikerttunen and many more.
