Beach with dunes and also rocks. Parts of the area are submerged at high tide and exposed at low tide.
La Roche Sèche at low tide (see link to tide table below) welcomes pulmussirri, naurulokki, and harmaalokki. It is also home to mustajalkatylli that breeds here and returns every year. sepelhanhi, merimetso and riuttatiira can be spotted near the beach, on the water or flying by. And there are also the dunes, which are home to mustapäätasku, kiuru and luotokirvinen. Note that in summer, people come to swim in the area.
