Coastal pond that by its shallowness and its proximity to the ocean, is an interesting site for the observation of different species of birds.
The very western location of the Etang de Trunvel pond allows it to accommodate rarities from America as well as Eastern or Southern Europe. It is a great site for the observation of seabirds but also waders, ducks and various passerines. With sometimes rarities such as the green-winged teal, välimerenhaukka, lyhytnokkahanhi, pikkulapasotka and Ruskouunilintu.

You can access the pond by car, by the road that runs along its northern part and leads to the ringing station of the association Bretagne Vivante.
