Sandkule Skov is a lush forest area. Thanks to a man named Horst Boedler the kuningaskalastaja made a big comeback around Tørning Mølle. He builds nesting boxes and so far there are 8 pairs breeding in the area. koskikara and virtavästäräkki are also seen.
