Mixed forest with some old beech lanes. Woodpeckers like palokärki and pikkutikka breed here as well as kanahaukka and other birds of prey. In spring you may experience a real concert of song birds: warblers, thrushes, tits, kirjosieppo and hippiäinen, while in winter, there's different species of finches and if you're lucky you may see an lehtokurppa hiding beneath the bushes or gulls, kangaskiuru and mustapäätasku on the surrounding fields.
