Description
Drijdijck is a wetland that is hidden between the polder landscape and the industry of the harbour. The area itself is not accessible, but you can view the area well from the dike. Birds you may encounter in the area include merihanhi, punakaulahanhi, Lapasorsa, harmaasorsa, haapana, tavi, nokikana, meriharakka, töyhtöhyyppä, tundrakurmitsa, mustapyrstökuiri, suokukko, taivaanvuohi, metsäviklo, kalatiira, harmaahaikara, jalohaikara, lehmähaikara and sääksi (kalasääski).

Nederlands: Drijdijck is een nat natuurgebiedje dat verscholen ligt tussen het polderlandschap en de industrie van de Waaslandhaven. Een plas en dras gebied met vele steltlopers. Het gebied is zelf niet toegankelijk maar je kan het gebied goed bekijken vanaf de dijk.
