The Bregenzerachmündung a is river mouth (Natura 2000) with two platforms where to see many different waterbirds like pikkutylli, valkoviklo and kuningaskalastaja. Rarer bird species are for example käenpiika, tylli and others. It's also a wonderful area for making walks in the forest.

Bus-stations near the spot are "Bregenz Wocherhafen" and "Hard Strandbad". You can only enter the area by foot, but you aren't allowed to go into the protected area. Click on a P in the map for directions.
