Normally Söne Mad is one large and clear water area, suitable for resting ducks, geese and other wetland birds. A good place to see Pigargo Europeo, Halcón Peregrino and Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental. Nesting birds are Agachadiza común, Rascón Europeo, Avetoro Común and Torcecuello Euroasiático in the summertime. Often you can also encounter Pico Menor and Bigotudo.

By car or bike to either the bird tower at Nyckelbergstornet (Park on the left in the field before the forest slope before the harbor. It is then approx. 300 m left to walk on the forest road.
