Descripción
Ödsmåls Kile is a nature reserve that consists of a shallow bay and is an important bird area. The floodplains turn inland into vast coastal meadows with salt-affected grass vegetation. At low tide, large areas become exposed in the inner part of the bay. These then attract many wading birds. Also ducks and swans feed here. Especially during bird migration in spring and autumn large numbers of waders and ducks visit the area, including Chorlito Gris, Zarapito Real, Aguja Colipinta and Correlimos Común. Also Águila Pescadora, Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental and Halcón Peregrino can be observed.

During the migration and breeding periods, access to the reserve is prohibited. However, the birds can be observed from a small platform located in the southern part of the reserve next to the road. Adjacent to the platform is a parking space. Click on the P in the map for directions.
