Descripción
Fysingen nature reserve has almost 100 breeding species and is a popular birding destination for it's waders, geese and other waterbirds. But also to see birds of prey. The beach meadows with mighty reed belts are bird protection areas and also rich in birds.
Aguilucho Lagunero Occidental can be seen flying low over the reeds, but you can also see birds of prey such as Alcotán Europeo, Cernícalo vulgar, Busardo Calzado and Águila Pescadora. The Pigargo Europeo has its nest on the island Stora Kyngan in the middle of the lake. You can also hear the honking of Avetoro Común and the Ruiseñor Ruso sings through the night. Other nice birds you might see are Camachuelo Carminoso, Porrón Osculado, Serreta Chica, Grulla Común, Carricero Tordal, Combatiente and Archibebe Oscuro.
