The Picu bird observatory is located on the right bank of the Ria de Villaviciosa estuary. It offers panoramic views of the estuary and allows the observation of different birds that are found here, such as Cerceta Común, Zarapito Real, Garza Real, Garceta Común, Garceta Grande, Cuchara Común, Zampullín Común, Gallineta Común, Archibebe Común, Andarríos Chico and other bird species.

Observatorio del Picu is located 5km northeast of the town of Villaviciosa, near the village of Seloriu. You can park close to the bird hide. Click on the P in the map for directions.
