Accesso
The saltpans are situated in the saltmarshes. Once you've parked you can easily enter the area walking or cycling and explore every saltpan that is accessible (some are blocked or there is no way to access without getting kneedeep in the mud). In the northern ones you will find ducks such as the Tarro Blanco, Ánade azulón and Ánade friso, whereas closer to the lagoon (sea side) you'll find more waders such as the Correlimos Común, Correlimos Tridáctilo, Correlimos Zarapitín, Chorlitejo patinegro, Chorlitejo Grande, Zarapito Trinador and Cigüeñuela común. A bit further way from the access, to the east, it is very common to find groups of Flamenco Común that allow bystanders to get quite close.
